We don’t offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, so please check sizing carefully before you order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us as soon as possible after delivery with photos and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Many of our designers make their dresses to order, which affects how long it takes to receive your dress(es).
In-stock ready-to-ship dresses are ready to go. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane.
